Venezuelan Delegates 

Leslie invites Pawnee's sister city's park and recreation department from Boraqua, Venezuela for a political visit. The visitors have their own way of doing things and Leslie finds it difficult to deal with. Fred Armisen does a great job at portraying a Venezuelan delegate, where most of the laughs come from. Tom becomes an slave boy to the visitors for monetary compensation and April plays hard to get with one of the Venezuelan interns, both bringing funnies.
Great episode Fred Armisen made me laugh along with the portayal of the venezuelan visitors and Venezuela in general.

Season 2 EP 2, The Stakeout

Tom and Leslie working on Pawnee's Community Garden

First post, not really sure what im doing but ill give it a go anyway. 
In this episode Tom and Leslie take care of the new community garden setup inside the pit and is shocked to find marijuana growing agmongst the other plants. In order to catch the perpetrators the two decide to pull an all-night stakeout in a grey van. Meanwhile, Ann goes on a date with Mark who both mistake Tom for an criminal and get him arrested. This episode was quite amusing especially the interactions between Ron Mother****ing Swanson and April (It made me laugh). 
Solid episode giggles throughout
